Теракт, произошедший в метро Санкт-Петербурга 3 апреля, всколыхнул мировую профсоюзную общественность. Слова соболезнования и поддержки петербуржцам и всем россиянам поступают в адрес Федерации независимых профсоюзов России, ее председателя Михаила Шмакова, заместителя председателя ФНПР Евгения Макарова от международных профсоюзных объединений, конфедераций тред-юнионов Европы и мира. Свои письма и телеграммы прислали: Международная конфедерация профсоюзов (МКП); Всемирная федерация профсоюзов; Европейская конфедерация профсоюзов; Профсоюзный консультативный комитет при Организации экономического сотрудничества и развития; Конфедерации профсоюзов, входящих в Сеть сотрудничества профсоюзных организаций Балтийского моря (BASTUN); Профсоюзная конфедерация Рабочих Комиссий Испании (Confederación Sindical de Comisiones Obreras, CCOO); Всеобщий союз трудящихся Испании (UGT); Конфедерация профсоюзов Словакии; Центральный мужской и женский профсоюз рабочих Бразилии (Сentral of Maleand Female Workers of Brazill, СТВ); Белорусский конгресс демократических профсоюзов; Всеобщая федерация рабочих профсоюзов Сирии, Объединение Профсоюзов Грузии, Центральное объединение профсоюзов Норвегии.

Dear Evgeny,
We were all shocked by the attack on innocent people in the Metro of St Petersburg yesterday, and we gave sent a message of condoleances to the FNPR leadership yesterday.
Since you are the most responsible FNPR officer in St Petersburg I also want to express my condoleances to you, its awful when people can not feel safe any more when they are just traveling to go to work and risk to become victim of cowards like was the case yesterday. My thoughts are with you and with your members.
